Selamat pagi temen-temen, udah lama tidak mencurahkan isi otak ke dalam tulisan. Berikut ini saya akan menorehkan isi otak saya dan menuliskannya di sini. Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan membuat form user type. Kenapa harus dibuat form ini karena di dalam setiap sistem informasi terdapat banyak user dan setiap user punya kewenangan,kewajiban dan hak yang berbeda. Oleh karena keadaan ini maka diperlukan pembagian tipe user yang akan memakai sistem informasi. Form user type ini digunakan untuk mencatat jenis-jenis user yang akan menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi ini. Hal ini akan membuat jenis user yang tak terbatas dan dapat berubah dengan flexible kapan saja.

                Form data form is a form that serves to record all the forms that exist in this school application program. In this form all of the form will be validated to be accessible by users who will use this application . Recorded on this form is form id , form name and the codes of all the forms that exist in this application program . Codes here will be used to perform against a user who will have access to a form . All forms that are not registered on this form will never be opened by the user and the user who does not have access rights also can’t  access the form.

                Form data form ini adalah sebuah form yang berfungsi untuk mencatat semua form yang ada di dalam program aplikasi sekolah ini. Di form inilah semua form akan divalidasi untuk dapat di akses oleh users yang akan memakai aplikasi ini. Di sini di catat form id, form name dan codes. Codes di sini nantinya akan digunakan untuk melakukan terhadap user yang akan melakukan akses ke suatu form. Semua form yang tidak didaftarkan di fom ini tidak akan pernah bisa dibuka oleh user dan user yang tidak mempunyai hak askses juga tidak dapat mengakses form tersebut.

This application is changing the existing process within the school running manually be running in computerization. The process of recording master data, recording the assessment of students, teaching and learning activities of recording, and reporting required by those concerned. Within this application there are four main types of users, the administrator (admin), administrative (TU), teachers, and principals. Each type of user has the responsibility and the specific work area. Because each type of user has a specific work area in this application then there are also four types of main menus to support the needs of every type of user.

                Aplikasi ini hanyalah mengubah proses yang ada di dalam sekolah yang berjalan secara manual menjadi berjalan secara komputerisasi. Proses pencatatan data-data master,pencatatan penilaian terhadap siswa-siswi,pencatatan kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan pelaporan-pelaporan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak-pihak yang terkait. Di dalam aplikasi ini terdapat empat jenis user yang utama yaitu, administrator (admin),tata usaha (TU),guru, dan kepala sekolah. Setiap jenis user memiliki tanggung jawab dan area kerja yang spesifik. Oleh karena setiap jenis user memiliki area kerja yang spesifisik maka di dalam aplikasi ini juga terdapat empat jenis menu utama untuk menunjang kebutuhan setiap jenis user.
